KWRI heard the pain points of DocuSign and are responding with a solution to improve the experience for both agents and MC leadership. Lone Wolf Transact offers the broadest forms coverage in North America and allows for more custom personalization.

When is this transition occurring?

NOW! LoneWolf is fully operational and ready for agent use. Please refer to the resources above or contact Sam Hanson ([email protected]) for assistance in setting up your Lone Wolf account.

What do I need to do to prepare for the transition?

The office has an API backup of ALL agent DocuSign rooms. Should you need access to a particular file after the July 14th cutoff, please reach out to Sam Hanson for assistance.
If you have a transaction currently in progress OR not set to close before July 14th, please go into your DocuSign room, download any/all of your previously signed documents and save them to your computer/upload into LoneWolf. You will need to create a new Opportunity in Command for any transactions not yet closed.
For any transactions that have already closed - no need to worry! You will still be able to access your previous Opportunities in Command that contain all of your signed and fully executed paperwork that you uploaded to the office for compliance.
If you would like to personally save a particular file or transaction, simply go into your DocuSign Room and download any/all files you need. Provided above is a brief video on how to do so.

Can I still use DocuSign?

As of Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 all Keller Williams agents will no longer be able to access their DocuSign accounts or retrieve any old files. As of this date, all transactions will need to take place within LoneWolf.

Can I still use Dotloop?

Yes. For those of you still using Dotloop you will continue to use and pay for your own subscription.

What happens if I run into an issue or error within Lone Wolf?

We have already provided a list of any potential issues to the region and Lone Wolf is already working to update. While none of these issues will have any impact on you doing business within Lone Wolf, you may see some tweaks or changes over the coming weeks. Please be patient as they work though the list based on overall priority. Should you run into any issues, please let Sam Hanson know so he can escalate accordingly.
